This article provides you with information to check which billing cycle you are on via your 1-grid customer zone.
1-grid offers you the choice between paying on a monthly. quarterly, semi-annually, annually or biennially. Whichever option you choose can be changed or updated at the end of the billing cycle. Below we cover how to check what your current billing is for a specific service.
Step 1- Login to your 1-grid Customer Zone
- Go to Customer Login
- Enter your email address and password you created during your application.
Step 2 - Click on Services
Step 3 - Click Manage Product
Step 4 - Billing Cycle is found under your product description.
